We’re a scale-up on the fast-paced journey of accelerated growth, and developing rigor and scalability in our processes is paramount. To develop this rigor and keep our “Data Speed Technology identity” simultaneously, we need an Equality, Diversity and inclusion Lead to work directly with the CEO and alongside the Executive team and the People team.
The Director of Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (& Impact) is responsible for creating and implementing plans to promote equality, diversity, inclusion & impact (EDII) within our organization and acts as a strategic advisor for EDII elements of cross-functional programs.
Responsibilities for this Position:
- It is developing and executing a Global Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion Strategy and programs to scale globally while tailored to local needs.
- Lead or participate in global Equality, Diversity and inclusion projects to successful delivery.
- Investigate and conduct a deep analysis of the internal data to build a clear image of equality and diversity across the organization.
- Earn trust across various levels and disciplines; establish yourself as a trusted subject matter expert to inspire leaders to drive prioritization and commitment to EDII goals.
- Disseminate learning and awareness-raising across the company, using existing networks and developing new ones where appropriate.
- Translate best practices in EDII into readily available resources and programs aligned to business needs; disseminate resources in various formats across all levels of the organization.
- Report on EDII efforts and partner with the business and the People team to drive improvements in hiring and retention.
- Lead on internal and external EDII events (i.e., International Women’s Day/Pride Month/ Mental Health Awareness Week, etc.).
- Manage the execution and completion of the defined project plan by effectively coordinating people, resources, and budget.
- In partnership with Marketing & Communications, develop communication strategies, tools, and content relating to Diversity & Inclusion, business ethics, and CSR.
- To develop an effective CSR program encompassing environment, workplace, community, and marketplace issues that will deliver agreed CSR targets.
- Understand industry standards for measurement and establish CSR performance indicators to bring the organization in line.
- To establish charity partnership programs and develop relationships with key business contacts within partners.

- She is experienced in a Tech-based learning environment with scalable and international solutions.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and resourceful.
